REALLY??? Kanye West's Lawyer Says Sex Tape Was Stolen From Rapper's Computer --Details Inside

A law firm representing Kanye West has issued a takedown notice regarding 'Ye's sex tape. Fans and rumor mills alike have been abuzz with the recent news that a sex tape involving Kanye West was being shopped to a number of media outlets.

A lawyer for the Chicago emcee has released a statement to AllHipHop.com regarding the matter, stating that the tape was stolen.

“Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer,” wrote Kanye’s lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman.

“Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity,” added the notice.

“We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West,” demands the notice.
